Our approach

Competitive pricing, structured journey

Leading consulting firms in the Business Development sector apply daily rates ranging from €1,500 to €3,000 per consultant, often through unstructured engagements with uncertain outcomes.

Altio offers a different model: 5 sequential phases, each with measurable objectives, transparent costs and progressive engagement. The journey starts with a low-cost initial assessment and develops based on the results achieved, rewarding real growth and profitability.

Phase 1 — Day-Break

The Day-Break ™

The opening phase of the Altio journey: a complete analysis of company positioning, potential and status quo, leading to a concrete operational Action Plan.
  • 1 day on-site — internal interviews and data collection;
  • 21 days of analysis — processing, benchmarking and identification of areas for improvement;
  • 1 day of presentation — delivery of the Action Plan and next steps.
Investment: € 3,500 + VAT Fixed fee, regardless of company size.

Phase 2 — Planning

Sustainable monthly fees

Once the Day-Break phase is complete, we define together a plan of interventions aligned with the objectives that emerged from the analysis.

Pricing for the development phase is structured through sustainable and predictable monthly fees, calibrated on the real needs and capabilities of the company. No surprises, no variable daily rates: just a clear budget that allows you to plan the growth journey with confidence.

Phase 3 — Formalisation

Limited-period contract

We formalise the collaboration through a limited and well-defined contract period: typically from 3 to 12 months, depending on the complexity and objectives of the project.

This approach guarantees flexibility for the client and clarity in deliverables: each period has measurable milestones and a formal review checkpoint. No long-term commitments; renegotiations or extensions only happen when results justify them.

Phase 4 — Execution

Operational work alongside the client team

In line with our mission, we don't just deliver analytical plans: we put them into practice alongside the client.

We work closely with the company's internal teams, following the PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Act):
  • Operational support in the day-to-day of the business;
  • Training and skills transfer to internal teams;
  • Negotiation on behalf of third parties in international markets;
  • Constant monitoring of performance and objectives.

Phase 5 — Continuity

Renewal or growth equity

At the end of the contract period, we evaluate together two possible continuity paths:
  • Contract renewal — to continue the development journey with new phases and objectives;
  • Growth equity — a partnership model in which Altio shares both risk and success with the company, participating directly in the growth generated.

The latter option is reserved for projects with strong scalability potential, where the alignment of interests between Altio and the client becomes the strongest guarantee of results.
